This evening we return to one of the most dynamic, delicious, and grand wine making regions in France: the Loire Valley. We all know and love Cab Franc from Chinon and Bourgueil, Sauvignon Blanc from Sancerre, and Chenin from Vouvray…but this time we explore some of the more interesting and, one could say, ODD expressions of the region.
