Our focus tonight is on the dynamic, edgy, and defiant wines of Raventos i blanc. Hailing from Penedes the Raventos family was responsible for introducing the Champagne method to this region; wines now commonly referred to as Cava. The man in charge, Pepe, has also been making delicious still wines from local grapes and we’ll taste these as well.
