Thelma Carol Wine is happy to host personalised tastings with our Sommelier for up to 10 guests.
With two tiers to choose from, tastings at Thelma Carol Wine are highly curated to your preferences.
We look forward to hosting you & your guests!
Tier One: $35/person
Tier one includes 4 wines from around the world in a range of styles that highlight different aspects of wine-making, and various grapes and regions.
Selections are flexible but often include whites, rose or sparkling, and reds.
Tier Two: $55/person
Tier Two is meant to showcase 4 wines of exceptional quality, limited quantity, older vintage, etc.
This often includes a white, Champagne or other high-quality sparkling, and red.
Burgundy, Barolo, Napa Cabernet Sauvignon, etc. are examples of wines in this tier.
To note:
We can accommodate tasting requests for the following days & times:
Mondays through Wednesdays: 12pm to 7pm.
Thursdays through Saturdays 12pm to 4pm.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate day-of requests.
A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to hold your tasting date. The deposit will be reduced from your final bill day-of.
We kindly request tastings to be paid on one bill.
You are more than welcome to bring in food for your group. If bringing food, we kindly request all our guests provide their own utensils, plates, & napkins, as we do not provide these items onsite.
We encourage you to help us assemble wines that suit your personal taste preferences, but please note that the wines selected are poured for all members of your party.
